Saint Mary volleyball lost in straight sets on Friday to McPherson (16-25,14-25,21-25). The Spires now have a 5-12 record on the year and in KCAC play. McPherson's only two wins in conference play have come against the Spires.

Kaitlynn Lanier led the attack with eight kills. Annie Beck had 10 digs. Sydney Moon finished with 11 assists. The Spires finished with 24 kills in 101 attacks while McPherson had 43 in 109 attacks.

This week, Saint Mary is back in action tonight in a home match with Ottawa at 7pm. On Wednesday, the Spires travel to Winfield, KS and take on Southwestern. The final game of the regular season will be back home on Saturday against Bethany at 2pm.
