SALINA, Kan. – The University of Saint Mary volleyball team fell in three straight sets to a tough Kansas Wesleyan squad Saturday afternoon.
The Spires are now 11-10 overall and 2-1 in the KCAC on the season. Saint Mary is tied for fourth in the conference.
GAME FLOW
The Spires competed in all three sets, despite falling in each. The Coyotes would take the first set by a score of 25-22, but faced another challenge in the second set. The Spires went back and forth with Kansas Wesleyan before the Coyotes took the set, 25-23.
Saint Mary would put up another 21 points in the third set. Kansas Wesleyan took the final set in the end by a score of 25-21.
