Greenberg Becomes All-Time Leading Scorer in KCAC

Grant Greenberg's incredible basketball career at Saint Mary has reached a new height. Greenberg has passed Southwestern's Cameron Clark to become the all-time leading scorer in the history of the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference.

Clark, who played his final season in 2015, was the previous leader in the KCAC with 2,450 points. Greenberg passed Clark when he scored 40 points in the second game of the season on the road at Crowley's Ridge. Greenberg is averaging 30 points per game this season and has scored the most points of any NAIA Division II men's basketball player this year.

Over his 97 game career at Saint Mary, he has averaged 27 points per game and has a total of 2,629 total points with 25 games left to go in the regular season. The most points scored in a career at the NAIA Division II men's basketball level is 3,403 points. Greenberg currently sits 774 points away.

Greenberg and the Spires begin KCAC play tonight at 7pm in the Ryan Sports Center. Saint Mary will host Kansas Wesleyan.
